You understand that All About Props is not responsible
for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in
the use of any rented item, and is released of any legal action
that might be a result. |

A security deposit will be collected before props are checked
out, and will be held until all props have been satisfactorily
returned and paid for. |

| |
You will be renting props, and are expected to return
them. Prices are for a specific period of time. If you do
not return any items, rental rates will continue to accrue
until you or your representative return the items or they
are declared lost. |

For props shipped out of Atlanta, we do not charge for time in
transit if the props are returned promptly. |
| |

| |
You won't paint, distress or otherwise modify any item without
expressed prior permission from All About Props. |
| |
|
|
The items are rented with the strict understanding that the titles
thereto remain that of All About Props, and are
subject to return upon demand. You're responsible for making
sure the props are returned. All About Props is
not required to notify or remind you that you have props out. |

|
If you don't return any item, you may forfeit your security deposit,
or have the replacement cost charged to your credit card,
to be determined by All About Props. |

|
If you damage an item, you will be charged a repair fee, to be
determined by All About Props. This repair fee
will be in addition to the rental cost. |

If you return an item needing to be cleaned (tape residue, wax,
Georgia clay, etc.), you will be charged a cleaning fee, to
be determined by All About Props. This cleaning
fee will be in addition to the rental cost. |

|
The minimum order is $15.00 plus applicable tax, delivery, etc. |

|
|
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 additional charge. |
